2025 - Roland and Studio19 Rentals Redemption Offer
- Promotion Overview
From 9 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (“the offer period”), customers who rent any of the Roland products as mentioned below (“designated product”) from the Polygon Group Pty Ltd ABN 98 066 641 325 (Australian Credit Licence No. 412456) trading as Studio 19 Rentals (“Studio 19”) will receive at no additional cost the bonus item associated with the designated product:
- Rent a Roland V-Drums Kit and receive a bonus free pair of VMH-D1 drummer’s headphones by V-MODA.
- Rent any Roland Keyboard and receive a bonus free KS-10X keyboard stand.
- Rent any Roland Digital Piano and receive a bonus free pair of Roland RH-200 headphones.
The bonus item will be supplied separately from rental of the designated product as a free gift.

- Eligibility
This offer is only open to Australian residents, 18 years or older and only within Australia.
To be eligible an application to rent a designated product must be submitted at any time up to and including 31 January 2026 and be approved in accordance with Studio 19’s ordinary assessment procedures. Applications submitted after that date will not be eligible to receive the bonus item unless Studio 19 determines to extend this offer.
- Redemption Process
The bonus item associated with the designated product is supplied by Roland Corporation Australia Pty Ltd ABN 33 001 359 002 or an affiliate (“Roland”).
In order for the bonus item to be sent, the approved rental customer consents to Studio 19 providing personal information to Roland to the extent of name and address (“customer information”) as they appear on the rental application. Customer information provided to Roland will be subject to its Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.roland.com/au/company/roland_australia_policies/
Following approval of the rental application and Studio 19 dispatching the designated product, Studio 19 will pass on the customer information to Roland to arrange for the bonus item to be sent. If the bonus item is not received within 60 days of receipt of the designated product, the customer should contact Studio 19 at info@studio19.com.au or call 1300 889 560.
- Conditions
Roland will only be required to supply the bonus item associated with the designated product. No substitutions will be offered.
This offer is personal to the approved rental customer and is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Stock of designated products and the associated bonus item may be limited and Studio 19 does not guarantee availability during the offer period.
- Important Notes
Studio 19 and Roland are not responsible for any bonus item lost in shipping or being undeliverable to a supplied address.
Under Australian Consumer Law, an approved customer’s rights in relation to faulty goods remain unaffected by this offer.
Studio 19 and Roland reserve the right to amend, withdraw or extend this offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
