Polygon Group Content Creator prize Pack Promotion through digirent - Terms and Conditions

  1. The following Terms and Conditions are published on: studio19.com.au/competitions-and-promotions/2026-digidirect-content-creator/ 
  2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document (‘Terms and Conditions’). The Terms and Conditions can be viewed by accessing the link referred to in clause 1
  3. This promotion is conducted by The Polygon Group Pty Ltd trading as Studio 19 Rentals ABN 98 066 641 325 of 106 Ashley Street, Torrensville SA 5031 (“Polygon”) Australian Credit Licence No. 412456 in association with Digital Imaging Express Pty Ltd (ABN: 92 122 703 806) (“digiDirect”).
  4. The promotional period commences at 12.01AM (AEST), 08/04/2026 and ends at 11.59PM (AEST) 30/04/2026 (“promotional period”).
  5. Entry Criteria:
    1. Entry is open only to individuals who are Australian residents, 18 years or older (“Entrant”).
    2. To enter the promotion, the Entrant must complete and submit a rental application for a Qualifying Product (as defined below) during the promotional period through the digiRent portal on the digi’s website (digidirect.com.au).
    3. Product rental is provided by Polygon. An Entrant whose rental application is approved and who enters into a rental agreement with Polygon will be entitled to one (1) entry into the promotional draw.
    4. Rental applications are subject to Polygon’s usual assessment processes, including completion of a satisfactory credit check. If approved, a minimum rental period will apply (as selected) and monthly rental payments are required. Full rental terms and conditions that will apply to rental of a Qualifying Product can be accessed via the digiRent portal.
    5. Where the conditions of sub-clause 3. are met, the Entrant will be entered into the draw on the basis of one (1) entry for each rental agreement entered into during the promotional period.
    6. Applications submitted after end of the promotional period will not be eligible eligible to participate in the promotional draw. Rental applications received within the promotional period will continue to be considered eligible for the promotional draw until processed and a determination made to either approve or decline the application.
    7. Qualifying Products are any products available to rent on digi’s website. Entry into the promotion is subject to availability of the Qualifying Product selected by the Entrant.
  6. Prize Details:
    1. The winning Entrant will win a Content Creator Prize Pack: 1 x Sony A6700 Body Only; 1 x Vitrox AF 25mm f/1.7 APS-C Lens Sony E-mount; 1 x Exacend CATALYST 256 UHS-II V90 SDXC Card; Wandrd PRVKE 21L – Black Photo Bundle Bag; 1 x SmallRig Portable Photo Carbon Fiber Tripop 5478.
    2. There is one (1) Content Creator Prize Pack to be won valued at $2963.00. Total prize pool is a maximum of $2963.00.
  7. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries using an auto-generated program called Miniwebtool.
  8. The prize draw will be held at 10:30AM (AEST) 05/05/2026 at Polygon, 106 Ashley St, Torrensville SA 5031.
  9. The winner will be notified by 12:00PM (AEST) 05/05/2026 by email and phone (where feasible) using the contact details submitted with the rental application and the winner will also be announced on 11/05/2026 via the Polygon Group Facebook Account.
  10. Should the winner be uncontactable within a 72-hour period from prize draw or be unable to accept the prize, Polygon reserves the right to draw and notify another winner selected from all non-winning entries who will be notified in the same time period and manner as outlined in clause 9. That process will continue until a winner can be contacted and accepts the prize (secondary draw).
  11. Issuing and redemption of prizes to the winner:
    1. The winner will receive delivery of the prize within 14 days of the prize draw date (including the date of a secondary draw.
  12. Polygon is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
  13. Polygon is not liable and does not accept responsibility for an entry that is not received or which is received and subsequently corrupted or rejected.
  14. The prize (or any part thereof where applicable) is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services, nor can it be redeemed for cash. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner accepts the conditions of that prize.
  15. If the prize (or part of the prize where applicable) is unavailable, Polygon reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
  16. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to ensure that all information supplied is accurate. Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when submitting entries into this promotion. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to enter the correct details. Polygon will not be liable for any consequences of user error.
  17. Polygon reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who supplies invalid information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  18. Polygon is not responsible for any error, omission or failure to deliver agreed goods or services provided by suppliers or contractors.
  19. Polygon does not accept any responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the prize, either during or after the promotion.
  20. Polygon’s decision regarding any matter concerning this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. Polygon (subject to State and Territory Legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this promotion if an event beyond Polygon’s control corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.
  22. Polygon reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of this promotion. In particular, website entries using “scripting” for multiple entries will not be accepted.
  23. Employees and immediate families of Polygon and digiDirect and their agencies and suppliers and contractors are not eligible to participate in the promotion. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, immediate family means any of the following, namely spuse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption) parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, sister, step-sister, brother, step-brother spouse, uncle, aunt, niece or nephew.
  24. Polygon will collect your name and contact details in order to include you in this promotion.
  25. Entry details remain the property of Polygon as promoter. In entering into the promotion the Entrant agrees as a condition of entry, to receive marketing communications via email and SMS from Studio 19 Rentals (including it’s other trading divisions Musicorp Australia, Technocorp Australias, Cameracorp Australia and Sportcorp Australia) provided that the Entrant is at liberty to unsubscribe at any time using the links provided within any such communications.
  26. All personal information that an Entrant provides to Polygon or digiDirect in connection with the promotion and these terms and conditions will be handled in accordance with Polygon’s Privacy Policy available at polygongroup.com.au and digiDirect’s Privacy Policy available at www.digidirect.com.au/privacy-policy and, without limitation, may be used for facilitating the promotion and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  27. Polygon accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  28. By entering this promotion the Eligible Entrant confirms that they satisfy the requirements set out in clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
