1. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document (‘Terms and Conditions’).
2. The Promoter is The Polygon Group Pty Ltd (“Polygon”) (ABN: 98 066 641 325) (“Polygon”) of 106 Ashley St, Torrensville SA 5031 Credit Licence No. 412456 trading as Studio 19 Rentals (“Studio 19”).
3. Promotion Period
a. The Promotion commences at 12.00am on 13 July 2026 (AEST) and ends at 11:59 pm on 31 August 2026 (AEDT) (“Promotional Period”).
4. Promotion
a. This Promotion is conducted by Polygon in association with Mega Music of 95 North Lake Road Myaree WA 6154 and 5/32 Prindiville Drive Wangara WA 6065.
b. Product rental is provided by Polygon. Rent a Qualifying Product as described in Clause 6 (“Qualifying Product”) in a single transaction during the Promotional period through the Studio 19 portal on the Mega Music website (www.megamusiconline.com.au ) (“Mega website”) or instore at Mega Music and receive a credit equal to the first month’s rental for the rented Qualifying Product, excluding any additional fees payable if also selecting the optional Protection Plan. The credit will be applied to the Eligible Participant’s account by the second month of the rental agreement.
c. This offer is only available during the Promotional period and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By submitting a rental application through the Studio 19 portal on the Mega website for a Qualifying Product or renting a Qualifying Product instore and participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions.
5. Eligibility
a. Entry is open only to individuals who are Australian residents, 18 years or older (“Eligible Participant”).
b. To enter the Promotion, the Eligible Participant must complete and submit a rental application for a Qualifying Product through the Studio 19 portal on the Mega website or instore and select a 12 month or 36 month minimum rental period.
c. The rental credit only applies to Eligible Participants who have completed and submitted a rental application in accordance with Clause 5b. and whose rental application is approved and who enter into a Rental Agreement with Polygon.
d. Rental applications are subject to Polygon’s usual assessment processes, including completion of a satisfactory credit check. If approved, a minimum rental period applies (as selected) and monthly rental payments are required. Full Rental Terms & Conditions that will apply to rental of a Qualifying Product can be accessed via the Studio 19 portal on the Mega website.
e. Rental applications submitted after the Promotional Period will not be eligible for the Promotion. Rental applications received within the Promotional Period will continue to be considered eligible for the Promotion until processed and a determination made to either approve or decline.
6. Qualifying Products
a. Qualifying Products are any of the following available to rent through the Studio 19 portal on the Mega website or instore at Mega Music:

b. Participation in the Promotion is subject to availability of the Qualifying Product selected by the Eligible Participant. Stock availability is limited.
- General Matters
a. Polygon reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this Promotion and all future Promotions who it reasonably believes has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Polygon’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
b. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond Polygon’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical difficulties (including the existence of any virus or bug or other cause beyond Polygon’s control which threatens the proper administration or security of the Promotion), unauthorized intervention or fraud, Polygon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, or extend the Promotional Period at its discretion.
c. Polygon excludes from these Terms and Conditions all representations, guarantees, conditions, warranties, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms that may be conferred or implied by statute, general law or custom, except any guarantee or right conferred under any legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law) the exclusion of which would contravene legislation or cause part or all of this Clause to be void.
d. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Polygon (including its officers, employees, agents and suppliers) assumes no responsibility for:
1. Any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication arising from or associated with this Promotion sent by any party whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software, or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise;
2. Any theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications;
3. Any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system, internet malfunction, or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion or prevents the Eligible Participant from entering the Promotion;
4. Any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering of the Promotion (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); or
5. Any delay in delivery (when not directly caused by Polygon).
e. Polygon’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by Polygon to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
f. All personal information an Eligible Participant provides to Polygon or Mega Music in connection with the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be handled in accordance with Polygon’s Privacy Policy which is available at (www.polygongroup.com.au) and Mega Music’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.megamusiconline.com.au/privacy-policy and, without limitation, may be used for facilitating the Promotion and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
g. Polygon may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its discretion, by posting the revised Terms and Conditions (or a link to them) on the s19 website.
h. Directors, officers, employees and immediate families of Polygon and Mega Music and their agencies and suppliers and contractors are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, immediate family means any of the following, namely spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
i. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
j. To the extent that any term or condition of this promotion is void or prohibited by law it shall be severable and the balance of the terms and conditions shall be subject to all relevant legislative requirements, including, without limitation Commonwealth, State and Territory laws and regulations.
k. Polygon’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into and any failure by Polygon to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Force Majeure
a. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, a “Force Majeure Event” means an event, or factors, occurring that is outside of Polygon’s control and therefore effects its ability to undertake performance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
b. A Force Majeure Event includes riots, acts of God (natural disaster, earthquake), global pandemic, act of war, hostilities, terrorism, civil disorder, and / or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond Polygon’s control, against which would have been unreasonable to take precaution and which Polygon cannot avoid.
c. Where the Promotion is postponed or cancelled because of consequences resulting from a Force Majeure Event and Polygon is not capable of fulfilling its obligations, Polygon reserves the right, in its sole discretion to:
1. Suspend the Promotion to a later date: or
2. Terminate the Promotion.
and any such suspension or termination shall be subject to relevant Commonwealth, State and Territory regulations.
d. Polygon is not deemed to be in breach of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions nor shall Polygon incur any liability to any Eligible Participant for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, incurred or suffered because of, or actions imposed, by the Force Majeure Event.
